Kit Ready
KitReady is a digital inventory and alert system designed to help schools manage first-aid supplies more efficiently. By using QR codes and a simple online dashboard, staff can log item usage in seconds and receive timely notifications when supplies run low.
The idea came from observing how first-aid kits are often checked manually only during audits or emergencies, leading to expired, missing, or insufficient items when they are needed most. KitReady was created to reduce this risk by making stock tracking simple, proactive, and reliable, ensuring readiness at all times without adding administrative burden.

Table Tennis Ball Launcher
Many table tennis players find it difficult to practise on their own, as effective training usually requires a partner to return shots. This makes it harder to train consistently and limits opportunities to develop timing, accuracy, and stroke control. To address this, we built a training machine that automatically returns balls at controlled speeds and angles, allowing players to practise anytime, maintain regular training routines, and focus on improving key skills independently.

Heel Haven
Heel Haven is an innovative heel off-loading device developed to prevent pressure injuries in bed-bound or immobile patients. Recognising that prolonged heel pressure is a major contributor to pressure sores, the design focuses on fully elevating the heel while maintaining comfort and stability. Its innovative structure combines targeted support with breathable, lightweight materials to improve airflow and reduce heat and moisture build-up, offering a practical and user-friendly solution that enhances patient comfort and supports proactive pressure injury prevention.
